The next stage: publication and promotion

The roadmap includes uploading approved cards through the Seller API, competitor analysis, advertising and review management. The fully automated cycle is a separate development stage from content preparation.

05 / BUSINESS IMPACT

Time saved becomes a resource for sales, product costing and purchasing

When reports arrive automatically, the team can focus on clients, negotiations, suppliers and management decisions.

≈ 20 h

per month

For clients and deals

One employee in a commercial role spent around an hour each working day consolidating reports. Automatic reporting frees that resource for negotiations, the team and clients.

An estimate for one commercial role in the original project.

up to 60%

of time previously spent on reports

Capacity for economic tasks

This was the team's estimate of economists' original reporting workload. Some reports are now prepared automatically, freeing time for purchasing and other economic processes.

An estimate of the team's original workload; automation in this area is partially implemented.

Direct answers for management

The assistant uses company data, removing the need to pass a question between employees and wait for a manual summary.

Clear product costing

Ingredients and costs can be analysed by product, and gross profit by sales channel and product group.

Data-informed purchasing

Raw-material cost changes and supply shortfalls are visible, giving the team a factual basis for supplier discussions and purchasing plans.

One change across the set

Shared template changes apply to the whole set of product cards, with content reviewed before publication.

Photo and voice inventory

Capturing actual stock in a format employees find convenient.

Production planning

Recommendations for production and raw materials based on demand and stock.
